The Centre for Natural Fertility can call upon the expertise of several experienced and talented health practitioners who provide a range of treatments to enhance natural fertility and support Assisted Reproductive Techniques, (IVF etc). Acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, nutrition, hypnotherapy, reflexology, massage, life coaching and counselling can be called upon if appropriate to ensure that couples are given the very best chance of conceiving.
The team is based at The Natural Healthcare Centre in Burton-on-Trent, the areas premier Centre for natural and complementary medicine since 1999.
Grahame Gargini MBAcC MRCHM
Grahame Gargini MBAcC MRCHM is the clinical director of The Centre for Natural Fertility. Traditional Chinese Medicine incorporating acupuncture, Chinese herbs and nutrition and the application of these treatment modes to Fertility is an area Grahame has worked with for the last 18 years, helping many couples through the natural fertility route and assisted conception treatment.
Grahame is also the founder and manager of The Natural Healthcare Centre, a multi-discipline complementary health centre in Burton-on-Trent. Grahame has been practising for 20 years and as the owner and manager has a thorough understanding of the role Complementary and Alternative Medicine can play in achieving, maintaining and optimising health.
Louise Hughes BSc (Hons) RN MATCM
Louise is an experienced TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) Acupuncturist and Herbalist. She is able to treat a full range of issues and conditions, but has a special interest in treating Pregnancy, Fertility & Women’s Health and has been helping couples to ‘give their baby the best start’ for the last 10 years.
Louise trained for 5 years in both London at Middlesex University and Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine on one of the most highly regarded courses in the UK, and continues to attend regular courses and training events. She has a background in nursing and is a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Having worked in the NHS, Louise is committed to helping health professionals take care of their health and wellbeing.
